So i did what the *Read me please* thing said made the 1into a 0 and stuff but still when i log on i still have the neo city background and when i klick on my char i auto DC after seeing a bit of the map anything else i cn do?

If you're using a different v83 folder you used for another server and there are files that are custom to their server, you will need to reinstall v83 and run the patcher.

Re-install v83. You cannot have any clients from other servers in the same folder as well, I believe.
